type in  tracert www.kula.com

 After that take the last IP address

then follow this step very easy

ping   -t  -l 10000   www.kula.com

ok. if this say time out worry out  because most the website don't allow user or bits like this you can use this 

ping  -t -l  15000 www.kula.com

also use this one 

www.kula.com -t -l 1500   are the some 

now let it run about 1 hour or to hours  .

not when you to so please put your computer in to high performance also open many  Cmd a means  window that run some attack as possible

HOW TO HACKER A COMPUTER A SHUTDOWN THEM

Just  for Education please ask before you leap

Open  cmd

 type  : tracert  www.google.co.tz  then hit Enter battun 

the screen will look like this 

Now type in CMD shutdown -i     then hit  Enter botton

 then Remote shutdwon dialog will appear like this 

 

Add   ======> add means add Computer you wont to shutdown 

 

after add your screen will look like this image.

then What do you wont these computer to do 

just say what you wont : shutdown, restart ....
